The Office

This is my first post and I'm really nervous because I'm being social and...stuff.

So anyway, I saw this TV show the other day and it was really bad. But, regrettably, as I continued to watch it, I began to like it more and more. Shhh, please don't tell my mother- this is my secret life!!

My favorite character is Angela Martin. She is a beacon of light in the show. She is incredibly upstanding in the face of all the sin in the work place. She appropriately judges those less holy than her (which is pretty much everybody.) One thing I don't understand is how she succumbs to hormones, like Alejandro. Ew.  Nevertheless, she's pretty amazing-  someday I want to be like her.....

However, there are still a lot of problems with the show. For example, the office isn't segregated which leads to inappropriate romance.

I censored this for you all so that you won't be scarred for life. Your welcome. {{I can't believe they kissed outside marriage!!}}

This is just an example of how terrible these romances are, their parents weren't even there!!! SHUN.

Jeepers! I've got to run, The Office is starting...

Women of God

So... This is our secret life, right? Well.. I need to come out of the closet with something: i like girls. I know, I'm homeschooled.. but somehow my hormones slipped through the filter. Anyway, I want to ramble a little bit about my celebrity crush.. SELENA GOMEZ. She's so handsome. I really love the way she does her hair.. and her eyes SPARKLE. Someone said that she's hot.. so if I meet her I'll remember not to touch her. I think that's sooo cool! Someone can make their skin super hot without getting burned or getting sick. Wow. I really want to do a science experiment to figure out how to do that.. Sorry. I'm getting off topic.

I secretly watch TV. Favorite TV show? That's easy. Wizards! Selena just so happens to be in it.. :)

I'M ONLY MILDLY OBSESSED. Do me a favor.. Don't tell my mom that I like the other gender. I'm not supposed to until I've built my own house and am ready for marriage. But hey, I can dream, right? Don't tell Ringo either. He judges in his free time. It's so terrible. Thanks guys! You're so nice, I can tell you all go to church. Bye!

My Trip to the Library

Oh boy oh boy oh boy!!!! Guess what I did today? It was so excittting!! Except for the part where my fun got abruptly ended for getting in trouble, but let me tell you what happened!

So...early in the morning (around five-thirty or so), my Mother came in on her morning inspection of my room. Only when she came in this morning, instead of pointing out my dusty shelves or wrinkles in my bedspread, she told me that she was letting me out of the house today!!! Yes!!! We were going to the library!

This was sooo awesome to hear. I like never get let out of the house. My parents think that I might get exposed to the world or something like that, but I never question their judgment. Anyways, the trip to the library started out awesome! I totally headed for my favorite section (ignoring a couple of teenagers holding hands! -10000 points. I was mentally judging them for the rest of the day...). When I got to the reference section, I immediately grabbed my favorite books: a copy of "1001 English Verbs" and "Word Etymology". Oh those are keepers! They've been on my wish list for years. :)

Anyways, while engrossed in my light reading, one of the..."terrible books"...caught my eye. It was...it was...Harry Potter! I was amazed that a public library would carry a book THAT sinful. But then - at the very moment, my Mother noticed my wide-eyed glance and followed it...right to the Harry Potter book. It was over right then and there. I pleaded against a public spanking, but I got one nonetheless. But at least I got to be free for a little.

My Day.

I'm so happy school is finally here. Summer was so very extremely annoying. I, of course, continued with my schoolwork. (Trig) But it bothered me when I heard all those public schoolers outside at the pool doing bad things! Now, everyone's back to normal. Although.. I think public schools are very very wrong. I heard that public schools aren't segregated anymore. The mere thought appauled me.

This is the only picture i can find of public schoolers where the girls aren't showing too much leg. It's sad, really.. By the way, I found this thing called Google on the internet.. I haven't yet decided if it's righteous or not. I'll inform you when I know.

I want to share my daily schedule with you.

Hello Blog World!

After 15 years of struggling in the area of being a computer illiterate, I finally figured out how to post on this blog thingy. Well, technically, it's only been 3 years because we were not allowed to use computers before then. I did once, at my neighbor's house, and my dad came to the door and saw me using it and he punished me! I wasn't allowed to read books for 2 months!!!

So, my dad finally gave us the ok to purchase a used computer on eBay...and we got a... DELL WITH WINDOWS 95!!! I'M SO EXCITED!!! YES!!! My dad said that we don't need the fancy Windows 7, remember guys - pride comes before the fall! It does! That's why my dad said we can't play any of the games that come on it, like minesweeper - many kids these days waste away their lives doing stuff like that. That's what my dad told me. I don't think they're fun anyway, they're probably really boring. Why allow such temptations like chess and minesweeper to grasp your attention, when you could be inside reading? I think reading's better anyway, especially works of classical history. My brothers and sisters like to quote me saying this - "Books are awesome, the longer the better!" I also think instead of having LAN parties, you can have reading parties! They're sooooo fun!!! We had one 3 months ago - we all read Augustine together!! Oh, I've got to go now, my mom is calling me to feed Vanilla and Rufus - they're our dairy cows! Bye for now!

P.S. - Our new computer!!! Don't tell my parents, they might punish me for being too proud...but doesn't it look fancy?

Take that, World!
